Paulo Dybala prefers continuing at Juventus alongside Cristiano Ronaldo despite the rumours linking him to Real Madrid

Paulo Dybala of Juventus went through a dry spell in the 2018/19 season, however, the Argentine forward managed to turn a new leaf in his career after guiding the Bianconeri to the Serie A title while also winning the Serie A player of the season. Dybala’s fine form this season has even caught the eye of Real Madrid.

Earlier rumours claimed that Real was willing to offer either Isco or Toni Kroos along with 40 million euros for Dybala. However, Juve has made it clear that La Joya will not be sold for anything less than 100 million euros.

If reports are to be believed, some rumours claim that the Argentine forward is open to a new challenge at the age of 26 and is eager to play in the La Liga Santander. However, despite the interest shown by Real Madrid, the Don Balon reports that La Joya’s hefty price tag as waived off all the interest for the Merengues.

The report from Don Balon states that Real will instead focus on Marco Asensio to develop into a world-class footballer rather than spending 100 million on Paulo Dybala. Asensio has been on fine form since his return from an ACL injury and the Spanish footballer would be looking forward to the 2020/21 season.

Meanwhile, the Brazilian duo of Vinicius Jr and Rodrygo Goes has a huge amount of potential and Zinedine Zidane is not willing to hamper the growth of either of the two youngsters by signing Paulo Dybala.

It seems like Dybala will continue alongside Cristiano Ronaldo next season at Turin and hopefully, the duo continue the same form that was put on this season. Andrea Pirlo will also be looking to make a few amends and it seems like the former footballer is in the market for a creative midfielder to support the likes of Ronaldo and Dybala.
