Real Madrid prepare to steal Bayern Munich’s target this summer
Real Madrid is on course to win their 34th Spanish League title as they have a four-point lead over arch-rivals Barcelona with three more easy fixtures to play. The Los Blancos prepare to face Granada today in an away fixture and it seems like Zinedine Zidane‘s men would cruise past Granada with ease as the Whites have not slowed down since the league has resumed.
The champions league tie against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium would be a massive task for Zinedine Zidane to overturn after his side lost the home fixture by two goals to one. To make matters worse, Real’s captain and goal scorer Sergio Ramos will not feature in the return leg after racking up a red card by following Gabriel Jesus who was clear on goal in the previous fixture.
Nonetheless, Real also continues to focus on the summer market and has several players on their list including the likes of Manchester United’s Paul Pogba, Eduardo Camavinga, and RCD Espanyol’s Marc Roca.
Eldes marque claims that for over a month Real have kept a close tab on Marc Roca after failing to sign the player last summer in 2019. The player’s parent club claim that they had not received any official offer from Real Madrid in the summer of 2019 apart from rumours linking both the parties. Marc Roca has also been heavily linked with a move to Germany and it seems like the Spaniard is very close to signing for the 2019/20 Bundesliga champions.
However, since RCD Espanyol are at the bottom of the Spanish League and will be officially relegated to the second division next season. The asking price that was set for 40 million euros for Marc Roca has now fallen to 20-25 million euros and Real Madrid has once again decided to show interest in signing the youngster to build a squad for the future.
The Los Blancos currently have Federico Valverde, Martin Odegaard, Dani Ceballos, and Oscar Rodriguez as their future midfielder and it seems like Marc Roca might be the next addition for the future galactico team.
