Juventus and AC Milan are reportedly considering making a move for Fransico Trincao of Barcelona this summer transfer market.
Francisco Trincao of Barcelona has not had the best start to life at the Camp Nou under Ronald Koeman. The Dutch manager has successfully managed to rejuvenate Barca’s veteran squad from the 2019/20 season buy adding several youngsters to the starting eleven. Trincao of Portugal was also part of Koeman’s youth development plan, however, the former Sporting Braga forward has not had too many chances come his way.
The likes of Pedri, Ansu Fati, Sergino Dest, Oscar Mingueza and Ilaix Moriba lead the way under Koeman’s preferred youngsters. Francisco Trincao has certainly fallen down the pecking order after failing to prove his worth despite making 25 senior appearances in the Spanish league.
With just two goals and three assists so far in the league, the 21-year-old Portuguese international has not done enough to continue getting minutes. Calcio Mercato reports that Juventus and AC Milan are reportedly interested in purchasing Francisco Trincao over the summer as the youngster seems to be unhappy with his lack of involvement.
In the case of the Bianconeri, the Serie A giants are in a dire need of firepower in the attack. Paulo Dybala has struggled with injuries this season whilst Cristiano Ronaldo continues to catch up with age. The likes of Federico Chiesa and Dejan Kulusevski have shown potential, however, Andrea Pirlo will be requiring more depth in his frontline.
