MASON GREENWOOD WAS THE STANDOUT PERFORMER
Mason Greenwood has been one of the standout players for Manchester United in the past few weeks. The young Englishman found the back of the net against Leicester and was only one of the few players from the visiting side who showed some fight. Although, he does not have many goals to show for his efforts in the past few weeks, yet he has done enough to earn his managers faith.
Greenwood has started all of the previous four games for Manchester United in three competitions. His best performance came against West Ham in the Premier League last weekend. He came close to scoring a goal against the Hammers but was unfortunate to hit the post. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has vested his faith in the young Englishman and will give him more playing time once the players return back from international duty.
